This is an excellent way to switch up the traditional fries, while keeping a delicious(even sweeter) flavor!

Makes 3-4 servings
Ingredients:

1 medium Butternut Squash

3 Tbsp. Corn Starch

3 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 tsp. Paprika

1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme

Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
- Peel squash and remove seeds. Cut into fry sized strips.
- Put in a bowl and sprinkle with corn starch. Toss until covered.
- Shake off any excess corn starch and then toss with olive oil and spices until coated.
- Line up on a baking sheet and bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Enjoy!
