This is the perfect recipe to use and enjoy all your apples! You can make it chunky or smooth, and serve hot or cold.

Ingredients:

10-15 apples of any variety

honey to taste

cinnamon to taste
Method:
- Peel, core, and slice apples
- Place apples in crockpot with about 1/2 cup of water and add a little honey if desired
- Cook on high for 3 hours, or low for 6-8 hours
- Add cinnamon
- Mash apples until you reach desired consistency
- Enjoy!
