Do you have a favorite sweatshirt? That one that is so comfy and also fits so well? Do you wear it to bed, to run errands, to the movies, and to the farmers market?
Does it also have a spaghetti sauce stain, a hole in the sleeve, and become so thread bare that maybe you should get a NEW favorite sweatshirt?
Well look no further – I have developed a recipe that promises to delight!
Recipe for a Favorite Sweatshirt
Ingredients:
- 1 smidges of soft lining
- 1 dash responsibly made cotton
- 1 sprinkle of supports a cause I care about
- 2 pinches of great fit
Directions:
Drive yourself to the Countryside Old Trail School Winter Farmers’ Market on Saturdays from 9am – 12pm or Countryside Public Market on Sundays from 10am – 2pm to pick up our Don’t Buy Food From Strangers sweatshirt!
When I buy food I want to know that my money is going to help small producers, growers, and entrepreneurs, which is what makes our community unique and special. When you buy a t-shirt, a tote bag, or a sweatshirt you are making a statement, a choice, a stand. Vote with your dollars on what kind of Northeast Ohio you want to have. Countryside works every day to ensure that people have access to local, healthy food; that farm and food entrepreneurs have the resources to operate viable businesses; and that farmland is protected and preserved.
