What better way to eat local than to eat Ohio’s native fruit! Plus, this “snack size” smoothie is so good for you.

Makes 1 – 4 oz. smoothie
Ingredients:

1 Pawpaw

1 Tbsp. Honey
-
1/4 inch piece Ginger
-
1/2 cup Spinach or greens of choice

1/4 cup Milk or Water

8 – 10 Ice Cubes
Method:
- Cut the pawpaw in half the long way and open. Scoop out flesh and remove seeds. Place the fruit without the seeds or skin in the blender.
- Add all other ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
