5-8 small Radishes
2 tsp. Honey
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp. Salt
3- 5 Mint leaves
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add vinegar, honey, water, and salt. Heat until honey and salt are dissolved.
- In a heat-proof container, such as a glass jar or bowl, place chopped radishes and mint leaves.
- Pour hot liquid mixture on top of radishes. Stir to evenly coat radishes.
- Let cool to room temperature and refrigerate before serving. Enjoy!
