If you are searching for a new radish flavor, this is the recipe for you! If mint isn’t your thing, try swapping it for garlic or dill.

5-8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 5-8 small Radishes

  • 2 tsp. Honey

  • 1/2 cup Vinegar

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 1 tsp. Salt

  • 3- 5 Mint leaves

Method:

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add vinegar, honey, water, and salt. Heat until honey and salt are dissolved.
  2. In a heat-proof container, such as a glass jar or bowl, place chopped radishes and mint leaves.
  3. Pour hot liquid mixture on top of radishes. Stir to evenly coat radishes.
  4. Let cool to room temperature and refrigerate before serving. Enjoy!
