I’m going to kick this list off with one of my favorite ideas that I stumbled upon … A HEART SHAPED PIZZA! But this isn’t your average pizza. This pizza is made with a scalloped potato crust! There are various reasons this is great. The first reason being that you can find lots of potatoes at Countryside Old Trail School Winter Farmers’ Market right now. The second reason being that potatoes topped with pizza toppings sounds like the most delicious, comforting, and delightful dish that I’ve only ever dreamed about!

Dinner Idea #2:
Maybe you’re looking for something easy but still decadent and delicious. Slow cooker recipes are the way to go when you lead a busy life but still want to eat like a king or queen. This stew recipe checks off all the needs of someone with a busy life, but also someone that wants to prepare the perfect dish for their special someone!

It’s funny how this appears to be the “fanciest” recipe on this list due to it being an expensive piece of meat, but it actually has the fewest ingredients and is debatably the easiest one to make! These recipes I’ve found are no exception. This first idea might come across as being a little untraditional for a Valentine’s Day dinner, but I think quite the opposite. It’s something unique that you don’t eat everyday, and that’s why it might just be the perfect dish to cook up for your loved one.
