About Countryside Farmers’ Markets

Countryside Farmers’ Markets (CFM) are vibrant farmers’ markets established and managed by Countryside. We have two seasonal markets: Howe Meadow in Peninsula, nestled in the middle of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park; and during the winter at Old Trail School, a private school within the Cuyahoga Valley National Park that emphasizes sustainability throughout its curriculum.

Please click through to individual market pages for more information about what you will find at each market.

Credit Card, SNAP//EBT and Produce Perks

You can use your credit cards to purchase market tokens in $5 increments. Although there is a $1.50 fee associated with credit card token purchases to help cover the cost of the machine and transactions, these tokens never expire, are good at all market booths, and the vendors are able to give change if purchases are less than $5.

We proudly accept the Ohio Direction Card and provide $1 tokens to be spent on eligible items with vendors. Matching Produce Perks tokens, up to $20, are provided for the purchase of locally-grown, fresh produce.
